Constitution and annual meeting
Our simple written constitution ensures Take a Stitch 2 Durham operates on a transparent, non-profit footing. Every attendee who visits regularly holds an equal vote on group decisions, insurance renewals, and ticket subsidies for local gallery visits.
The Annual General Meeting takes place during our first March session. We present audited annual accounts, discuss ideas for upcoming project themes, and elect committee officers for the following twelve months. Any regular attendee is welcome to stand.
